Under central government's program CPHC Comprehensive primary health care through HWC's COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICER is an innovative and new cadre created by govt of india to fill the gaps in health care in rural areas.
NATIONAL HEALTH POLICY 2017 envisages establishment of HEALTH AND Wellness CENTER to provide comprehensive primary health care which is universal, free and at the doorsteps to the community.
Community health officer CHO is trained in competencies of primary and public health care has been posted at hwc to provide his services to the community.
We here to address the issues and problems faced by CHO's and to uplift the services of CHO's.
Our Aim is work with the NATIONAL HEALTH MISSION and MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE GOVT OF INDIA to implement the NATIONAL HEALTH PROGRAMS at ground level with passion and dedication to improve the healthcare of india

The Membership fees and annual fees are decided by the core committe. The fees are subject to for operational expenditure for the association.
